Nicole Serena has worked in the Pharmaceutical Industry for over 25 years. She is the Director, PSP Advisory Services for Matrix Healthcare and her previous role was Director, Patient Access Programs at Bayer Canada. She has over 6years of experience in Patient Access and with launching and transitioning Patient Support Programs. She has worked with small programs of less than 20 patient to large programs with over 15,000 patients. She is a recognized speaker and has presented at Patient Access conferences within the USA and Canada over the past 3 years.
